Mobile Application Officer

Responsibilities

  • Understand and comply to all CAMMA’s policies and procedures
  • Work closely with both colleagues inside and outside of IT Department to understand CAMMA’s requirements for the mobile applications to be created
  • Clearly identify both hardware and software requirements for the implementation of mobile application to be created.
  • Ensure safety and security for online application to be created
  • Received feedback and reports from users to fix or improve mobile application usage
  • Actively participate in the establishment or update on I.T. policy or/and procedures
  • Complete daily EOD and backup tasks for Core-Banking system timely and properly according to assigned shift
  • Cooperating with staff from all departments to study the requirements for mobile applications
  • Prepare application development proposal with clear requirements and functionality of the mobile application to be created
  • Develop and conduct primary testing for the mobile application to be created
  • Demonstrate and instruct users for User Acceptance Test on the mobile application to be implemented in Live environment
  • Make request for Live environment implementation with sufficient supporting documents
  • Support and handle all issues related to mobile applications
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to solve CAMMA’s issues
  • Actively participate in activities and tasks assigned by Top Management team to achieve CAMMA’s goal
  • Conduct regular refreshment training for online application users to ensure it is being used correctly and efficiently
  • Participate in various training or workshop sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to your work in CAMMA
  • Self-educate on conscience, discipline, social ethics, honesty, and integrity to avoid internal conflict which would cause harm to CAMMA’s benefits
  • Actively participate in the betterment of capacity, knowledge, and behavior in accordance with CAMMA’s development

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science or other related fields.
  • At least 1-year experience on mobile application development for banking or related sector
  • Mobile application development for IOS and Android
  • Database analysis and management skills
  • The ability to publish mobile applications on AppStore and Google PlayStore
  • Security skill on Mobile Application
  • English writing, listening, and speaking skill
  • High motivation and being able to perform tasks without close supervision
  • Have good relationship with all levels of staffs and management team and being able to work efficiently as a team in a timely manner
  • Being creative with new ideas and being able to adapt to all kinds of situations
  • Being able to decide and solve problems efficiently
  • Must be diligent and loyal
  • High job responsibility and being able to work efficiently as a team
  • Abide all CAMMA’s policies and procedures
  • Willing to complete tasks in remote branches
  • Willing to cooperate, support, and share experience and knowledge to colleagues
