Responsibilities

Visit overdue customer/current address/workplace and business place
Set plan to visit and solve the overdue customer in a proper manner
Take legal action (if necessary) with customers who are in serious loan payments
Reassess the asset/vehicle of the customers following the schedule or assignment
Site-visit to customer’s homeland if necessary and collect information from the customer’s relatives to solve the overdue
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result
Update collection report to line manager
Ensure policy and guideline are complied with
Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, business administration, or related to fields (from Bac-II, Year 1,2,3,4 or fresh graduate
Appropriate Ms. Office for daily (Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint…)
Experience related to credit officer, loan recovery officer, filed collection from financial institutions
Other experience from sale delivery company is acceptable
Be able to travel to provinces.
