CAMMA Organizes Management Workshop to Review 2025 Achievements and Set Five-Year Strategic Roadmap for 2026–2030

February 20, 2026 – CAMMA Microfinance Limited convened its 2026 annual management workshop at SS Villa Resort in Kong Kong, bringing together members of the board of directors, management and branch managers to review the institution’s 2025 performance and lay out its strategic roadmap for 2026–2030.

Mrs. Dith Nita, Chairwoman of the Board, commended management and staff for achieving remarkable accomplishments in 2025. During the workshop, the CEO and department heads presented CAMMA’s five-year strategic roadmap and corresponding departmental action plans aligned with the institution’s long-term strategy.

The key strategies include strengthening adherence to Environmental, Social and Governance Standards, enhancing environmental and social products, accelerating digital transformation across operations, and pursuing both vertical and horizontal business expansion.

In 2025, CAMMA achieved sustainable and inclusive growth with resilience. Over the past year, CAMMA expanded its geographic footprint and deepened operational efficiency, further digitalized its operation, strengthened institutional management, improved staff capacity, reinforced the implementation of client protection standards, enhanced social performance management, and built strategic partnerships.

CAMMA voluntarily participated in the Client Protection Harmonized Tool Assessment initiated by the Cambodia Microfinance Association and the Association of Banks in Cambodia. The assessment, conducted by MicroFinanza Rating (MFR) in the third quarter of 2025, reported that CAMMA achieved a score of 96 percent in the BFIs Code of Conduct Assessment and 92.4 percent in the Client Protection Assessment.

By the end of 2025, CAMMA’s seven branches were operating in 1,556 villages across 339 communes, and 56 districts in 5 provinces. CAMMA employs 221 staff and manages a credit portfolio of USD 32.17 million, serving 5,333 clients, of whom 68 percent are women. The institution plans to launch CAMMA Mobile consumer app in 2026.
