Target clients

• Small and medium enterprises, corporations, companies and institutions
• Factories, manufacturing and production businesses, trading companies, service providers, tourism-related businesses, and other legally registered enterprises with the relevant Cambodian authorities
• Sole proprietorships, corporations, and companies duly recognized under Cambodian law.

Fee

• Loan fee is charged 1% of the loan amount
• Admin fee is charged 0% – 0.5% of the loan amount.

Acceptable Collateral

• Real estate properties (hard title or soft title)
• Mortgage Agreement
• Corporate Guarantees
• Credit Guarantee Scheme
• Stock/Share/Bond
• Inventory
• Other eligible collateral.

Required Documents

• Articles of Incorporation, Memorandum of Understanding, or other official company formation documents
• Certificate of Incorporation, business licenses, patents, and any other valid legal documents
• National ID Card and/or Passport copies of all shareholders
• Financial statements for the last two (2) fiscal years
• Evidence of tax compliance in accordance with Cambodian law
• Use of a standard, transparent, and verifiable accounting system
• Additional supporting documents such as sales invoices, purchase orders, contracts for the supply of goods or services, lease agreements, and other relevant records.
