Mr. KHOV SOVIET

Mr. KHOV SOVIET was born on January 1980 in Batbambong Province, Cambodia. He holds a Master of Financial from Nation University of Management. He has work worked with CAMMA since November 2011. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, he responsible for:

  1. Prepare a strategy and responsibility on the successful operation
  2. Prepare recommendations to improve the operating procedures
  3. Control over the operations and seek new approaches to better
  4. Led operations include planing and monitoring
  5. Join the annual budget planning.

Mr. IV SAMNANG

Head of Administration and Human Resource  Department

Mr. IV SAMNANG was born on May 1987 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is processing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Norton University. He has work worked with CAMMA since April 2012. As Head of Administrative and Human Resource Department, he responsible for:

  1. Lead and follow the policies and procedures and decision to introduce related work in role with highly effective.
  2. Planning and administrative led such as office management, hospitality and protocol, public relation, procurement management, asset management, meeting and event management, personal management, fleet management, safety and security affairs, and sanitation affairs.
  3. Planning and Human Resource led such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee services, personal record, and healthy and safety.

Mr. TITH VANNARITH
Chief Finance and Accountant Department


Mr. TITH VANNARITH was born on January 1977 in Kandal provice, Cambodia. He holds a Master of Financial from Nation University of Management. He has work worked with CAMMA since February 2013. As Chief Finance and Accountant Department, he responsible for:

  1. Check on accrual, exchange, and file Loans to operate properly and clearly.
  2. Check accounting registration, and data entry in software.
  3. Check accounting system with supporting documents daily to complete definitive to avoid leaving the next day for any business all and avoid the risk of fraudulent documents from the wicked, through the creation of business irregularities that no documents or supporting documents insufficient and incorrect.
  4. Check accounting documents to determine the type of cash and non-cash transactions.
  5. Check and count balance each end of each day which Cashier Uni by comparing actual cash balance, with the cash balance available in the list. After examination, proceeded to sign with the cashier staff on account of monitoring cash balances.
  6. Any sign on monitoring cash balances are applied after reviewing actual cash balances. Case of a discrepancy between the actual cash and the list to be addressed urgently.
  7. Published reports on credit quality and quantity and failure to repay debt, Chief Credit Officer and other relevant personnel to monitor and resolve debt.
  8. Monitor the preparation of financial statements and other key accounting reports accurately and timely for managers.
  9. Check and set to the accounting vouchers titles collateral receipt and key mortgage documents as evidence in the registration of Economic Cooperation and save all documentation general list of customers through proper safety and technical characteristics.

With his experience, he has 14 years of experience related to accounting in the banking sector.
